Working at a Summer Camp is a great way to get some work experience or earn some extra cash over the summer.

Staff Week June 16-18, 2025
Week 1 June 23-27, 2025
Week 2 July 7-11, 2025
Week 3, July 14-18, 2025
Week 4, July 21-25, 2025
We are looking for individuals 14 and up to help with the following positions:
CIT
individuals aged 14
Counselors in Training help is a variety of positions during their time at camp, included but not limited to assisting instructors in classes, helping group leaders get camper groups to and from classes, or assisting administration staff with chores in the office.
This is an unpaid position.
Group Leaders
Individuals 15-18
Group Leaders stay with a group of campers for the whole week and help those campers get to classes, participate, understand concepts, work on projects and resolve any problems. Campers get very attached to their group leader, so group leaders need to be available for as much of the summer as possible and work well with youth ages 8-13
This is a paid position.
Class Instructors
Individuals 18+ or 16+ with previous experience working at TechLab
Class Instructors lead and various classes at the camp, help youth work on projects and resolve issues that develop in their classrooms between campers. Class Instructors need to have knowledge of the topic they are teaching and will need to be available for the whole time of camp. Class Instructors will also be expected to complete some lesson planning and training prior to the start of Camp Staff Training Week.
This is a paid position
Office Manager and Assistants
Individuals 15 and up
Office Assistants help in the main office, set out snacks, help pull supplies for classes, help with camp decorations and appearance, run lunch time activities and other duties as assigned.
This is a paid position.
Camp Medical Officer
Individuals 18+ with medical training
Camp Medic is in charge of treating any youth who is hurt or becomes ill at camp, and help assist with any campers whom need specialized care of any kind. Camp medic must have EMT-B training or higher and be available for the entire time of camp.

Camp Social Media Director
Individuals 16+
The Social Media Director is in charge of taking photos and positing information online for parents and other individuals to see. The Social Media Director must have strong skills in Facebook, Instagram, etc marketing and posting.

Camp Administration
Individuals 21+
Camp Administration run the camp and overall all aspects of the lessons, camper care and camp functions during the summer camp session. Camp Administration prepare and present the National Camp Accreditation application to site reviewers and assure that the camp is accredited. Please complete either the Staff Application (for any staff whom have never worked at TechLab before) or the Returning Staff Application (for any staff whom have worked at TechLab in the past) and return this application as described at the bottom of the application form.
