Resources for Campers and Parents

Before Camp Starts

All campers must have the following two forms:

Medical Forms

Please CLICK HERE to download a Class A and B medical form.

  • Please fill it out, sign it and bring it with you on the first day of camp.
  • There  is a space in Part B to sign if you would like to give us permission to  administer over the counter medications, like Tylenol, Benadryl or  Pepto.
  • This form does not need a doctor's signature
  •  If your youth does not have medical form on file, they will need to leave the camp.  No exceptions!

Cyberchip

  • All campers must complete the Cyber Chip Training prior to camp.
  • This  training is to help teach your youth about internet safety and is  needed by any Scout who is using the internet or a computer as part of  their Scouting.
  • This training should take about 30 minutes
  • Boy Scout members must bring a Cyber Chip Card signed by their unit leader.
  • Non-BSA  participants need to only show proof of having watched the videos and  completed as much of the worksheet (link below) as they can.
